How long is the rental?

We arrive about 1 hour before your event starts and return promptly after it ends.

Events must be scheduled between 8am–11pm. Extended rental time outside your event hours is available for an additional fee.

No rushing your event. Your rental is for the full duration of your event.

 

What is required to reserve my date?

A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date.The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Dates fill quickly, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking early.

 

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, however there is a travel fee based on the distance from the West Valley also state tax is added to your invoice.

 

How much space is needed for a flower wall?

Our flower walls typically require about:
• 8 ft wide
• 8 ft tall
• 3–4 ft of depth for photo space

If you’re unsure about space, just send us a photo of your venue and we’ll help you decide.

 

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown so you don’t have to lift a thing.

 

Is the photo booth easy for guests to use?

Very easy. Our digital photo booth is touchscreen, simple, and guest-friendly.
Guests can instantly:
• Text their photos
• Email them
• Share digitally

No complicated instructions needed.

 

Can I book both the flower wall and photo booth?

Absolutely, and most clients do.

Our combo package gives you a complete photo moment at a discounted rate compared to booking separately.

Where do you travel?

We serve the greater Phoenix and surrounding area. Travel fees apply.

Contact us with your location and we’ll provide a quick quote based on $2 per mile one way from zip code 85338.

 

What happens if I need to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and prevent other bookings.
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
